A band has a floor as well as a ceiling.
A form that wants a certificate between 50 KB and 300 KB rejects a 40 KB file as firmly as a 400 KB one. Every competitor list of these numbers we checked was copied from somewhere else, and several were wrong. So each preset here carries where its number came from, and the two we could not trace to the authority’s own notice say so on the page.
